Complaints
How to raise a problem with FreeFiler beta.
Email complaints@freefiler.co.uk if you want to make a complaint. For urgent filing problems, use the same email or the support address, and include the filing reference so we can find the record quickly.
We aim to respond as soon as possible. We deal first with anything that affects a filing, an HMRC rejection, the risk of the same filing being sent twice, or your access to a filing HMRC has already accepted.
Privacy complaints can also be sent to privacy@freefiler.co.uk. If you consider that how we handle your personal data infringes the UK GDPR, you have the right to complain to us at that address, and you have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner at ico.org.uk.
