To report a security issue, email security@freefiler.co.uk. Please do not include tax returns, full copies of what you sent HMRC, passwords, or other sensitive material in the first email. Send a short description and a safe way to reach you so we can reply.

We prioritise reports that could affect account access, filing records, HMRC submissions, personal data, or the availability of the service.
